1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping rates depend on the product. Rates below are for one item. Your exact total is shown at checkout.
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days in transit)

Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days in transit)
Available on select items. A phone number is required at checkout.

International
We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe (including all EU countries), Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and most other countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates vary by destination and product.
International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.

3. Order Tracking & Carrier Issues
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your package tracking number. If your order is delayed or tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please contact our support team at hello@surfside-goods.com.
